Vale do Lobo Fitness Centre

Beside the Royal Spa is the state of the art Fitness Centre, one of the most modern gyms in the Algarve, fitted out with the best and most up-to-date Technogym equipment and overlooking the beautiful gardens of Parque do Golfe.

Top of the Range Equipment

Bikes, stairmasters, rowing machines and treadmills are included in the aerobic equipment – all new models, low impact, better for the joints.
All the usual weights machines are available, as well as equipment new to the market such as a "radiant" – a new type of complete body workout machine, the first to arrive in the Algarve – and a "Power Plate" – a vibrating plate which provides resistance training by evenly distributing vibrations throughout the body, and works out all parts of the body very effectively.

Personal Training

At the Fitness Centre, there is always a qualified trainer on hand to help and advise clients in getting the best benefits from the machines. Personal Trainers are also available on request, creating combined programmes where different types of exercise complement each other and best fit each member's needs.

Opening Hours

Daily access to the Fitness Centre, including unlimited fitness classes and access to the Turkish bath and hammam is €15,00, and a weekly pass is €35,00. For other membership options, including use of the pool and spa facilities, consult the Royal Spa Membership page.

• The Wellness Centre may only be used by over 18s, or over 16s accompanied by a personal trainer or parent.
• Memberships are not transferable or refundable, but may be upgraded to a different type of membership on request.
• Wellness Centre day passes or membership cards must be shown to gain access to the facilities. Lost or stolen cards must be notified to
the Wellness Centre reception immediately.
